Three Cool Indiegogo Projects You Should Check Out

I’ve been finding some really cool projects on Indiegogo lately and I thought I would share a few with you here. Indiegogo is a crowd-funding site like Kickstarter. People find projects they think are interesting and pledge money at certain levels to support the projects and receive special deals from the project.

Each one of these projects have hit their funding goals and will be available shortly or are available. NFC Stickers for Your Android Phone

dimpleio is a sticker with programmable NFC buttons you put on your Android phone. You can set up buttons for speed dial, a flashlight, target a specific app to open…all sorts of things. Dimple works with phones & tablets that are Android 4.0 and above, not made of metal, and have NFC capabilities. They retail between $17-$27 dollars. You can see their Indiegogo page here.

Korner: Simple Home Security

Korner is a product aimed at homeowners who are looking for a cheaper option in home security. Using the fob and tags, you mark the doors you want to track. Then, using your smartphone, you set up whom should receive alerts and control the devices. Pretty cool.

GOkey: Four Things in One for Your Digital Life

GOkey is a product I am definitely going to be getting soon. It has four functions in one:

  • Charger for your phone
  • USB connector for phone to computer
  • Bluetooth-enabled key locator
  • Flash drive with 8GB-32GB of storage

This device would be extremely useful for the mobile REALTOR®. I’ve found myself wanting for a cable or extra battery life more than once, and this would be a simple way to keep my phone going. The extra storage space could come in handy as well for pics or documents on the go. Prices start at $59

Pretty cool stuff. Do you have any Kickstarter or Indiegogo projects you think members should know about? Let us know!
