New REALTOR® Store and A Whole Lotta Internet of Things – Five for Wednesday

In this Five for Wednesday, there’s a new REALTOR® Store and an awful lot happening in the Internet of Things space. Let’s get started.

  • First, CRT has been working hard with our Marketing staff to create a new REALTOR® Store. I am excited to announce that as of today, it is live! Key improvements include:
    • Mobile-friendly experience
    • Improved navigation and search
    • Simpler checkout process
    • Streamlined user experience

These are only a couple of the features brought to it. Go check out the new responsive REALTOR® Store! Give it a try now!

  • WT Vox looks at roads being a part of the Internet of Things. What if engineers knew of the potential of a pothole and could address it right away? Chicago would be a different place for sure.
  • Also on WT Vox, a list of the top 10 wearable and IoT companies to watch. Great list with some interesting areas you may not have considered.
  • IEEE Spectrum addresses privacy and security for IoT and whether it should be built in. My opinion? Yes, it should.
  • The Verge found an interesting smart watch at Mobile World Congress…a pocket smartwatch called the Runcible. Watch the video to see what it’s all about.

Did we miss anything? Let us know on Twitter at @crtweet hashtag #54W. Thanks!
