Photo Filters Increase Engagement, Google I/O 2015, and More

  1. Researchers at Yahoo Labs have found that photos published with filters applied are significantly more likely to be viewed and commented on. Sorta makes a REALTOR® wonder about those listing photos, doesn’t it?
  2. Google I/O (Google’s developer conference) kicks off tomorrow, May 28. Tech blog Gizmodo predicts big announcements regarding Android Auto, Android Wear, Android TV, and mobile payments, among other things.
  3. Office Lens, Microsoft’s slick scanner app, is (finally) available for Android.

  5. Smartwatch enthusiasts like the simplicity and battery life of the Pebble Time. Wired, however, doesn’t like it much at all.
